At Impressions Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture remains in its original packaging and unassembled state to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare for Pickup
Carefully disassemble the item if necessary and place it back in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
Schedule Collection
Once your request is approved, our specialized furniture freight partners will contact you to schedule a convenient window for curbside or white-glove pickup.
Inspection and Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned piece at our distribution center, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
